Through her activism training and government affairs consulting business, Nexus Werx LLC, Stefanie Coxe trains advocates and nonprofits to effectively lobby and helps them develop achievable advocacy plans. 

An expert on changing housing laws, Stefanie has worked with organizations such as Smarter Cape and Housing Assistance Corporation, passing zoning bylaws to legalize accessory dwelling units in 10 towns and co-authoring the housing policy platform of Housing to Protect Cape Cod. She served as the Executive Director of the Regional Housing Network of Massachusetts, where she led the transformation of a small state homelessness prevention program into a disaster relief fund which prevented over 100,000 evictions in Massachusetts during the COVID-19 public health crisis.

Stefanie got her start in public policy working for elected officials in the Massachusetts State House and Congress and received her B.A. in Legal Education and Economics from UMass Boston.
